A food manufacturing industry located in Lagos requires the following positions for immediate employment for their Lagos branch
Human Resources Manager
1. First Degree/ HND in Human Resources management, Business Administrator or other related discipline.(OND)
2. Demonstrated success in development and application of HR policy formulation, recruitment and staffing, Training and development.
3. A master degree/certifications specialized in HRM is an advantage.
4. Ability to organize, plan, counsel, and lead people, processes and system.
5. Proven ability to lead recruitment, contracts management, performance appraisal , career development management, build team, maintain high staff morale.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
7. Prior experience in establishing a functional HR department from scratch.
Marketing Manager
1. 1-2years experience
2. A first degree and/or degree, Marketing, Business and membership of an appropriate professional body.
3. Experience in marketing products and services at the community level
4. Proficiency in Word and Excel
5. Demonstrable experience of high-level negotiation
6. Demonstrable experience of building a strong team and team leadership
7. Proactive and result oriented
8. Must be a team player and have lots drive and initiative
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Strong leadership & supervisory qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
Brand Managers
1. Minimum education of Bachelors' Degree /HND with good academic results. Masters degree will be an advantage.
2. Develop and action consumer promotions and sampling activities.
3. Ability to implement brand re-launches.
4. Budget administration.
5. Good command of the English & local language
6. Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
7. Conduct business analyses, leading to improved marketing plan
Account Manager
1. Graduate in Accounting with minimum grade of second class/upper credit
2. Must be a member of any professional body
3. Good knowledge in account software
4. Very analytical and good in numeric.
5. Not less than 5 years working experience in the specified field
6. Must be a team player and have lots drive and initiative.
7. Strong leadership & supervisory qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Demonstrable experience of building a strong team and team leader
